Usj21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the usj21 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the usj21 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must refrain from using the usj21 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be taken as acceptance of those revised terms.
This platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in jurisdictions where participation in online betting and gaming activities is permitted. usj21 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the usj21 platform. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. usj21 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time through official document verification.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. usj21 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately. All activity that occurs under your account remains your responsibility unless a report of misuse has been filed.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Usj21 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system
- Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation of betting outcomes
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's identity
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt platform or server operations
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the usj21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through legitimate means. usj21 supports local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method. All deposits are subject to verification, and usj21 reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits pending investigation.
Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account held in the account holder's name. usj21 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits.
Deposits are processed within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in your account portal, subject to required verification and bank processing limits.
Usj21 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third parties, including banks and payment processors. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Usj21 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of betting funds, service interruptions, or technical errors. Services are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranties of any kind. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the usj21 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of usj21 or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The usj21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. usj21 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Term Amendments and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Usj21 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for operational and security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach, balances associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed in error may contact support to appeal.
Amendments to These Terms
Usj21 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
